Hello my loves! I am so excited to offer this pre-recorded session for you. I held a live, group session a little while ago with some of my nearest and dearest, and it was a hit! We called it our group healing retreat, and I was asked to lead the session with a talk and meditation. We had great food, conversation, and even followed up with a yoga video. We all left feel nurtured on the inside and out, feeling loving and whole.
I received so much great feedback, hearing how my meditation and self love reflection really helped everyone slow down, tune into themselves, and give them selves some much needed positive attention, love and care. And so I decided to tape a recording of the same session again, however this time I’m offering to you, so that you can set up your own retreat day with your nearest and dearest, or you can use this as a solo self love session whenever you like. The talk, meditation and reflection portion are all perfectly adaptable to either a private self care period for just you and inner self, or for a group activity, where you can all practice tuning into yourselves together.
