You want to move forward but something keeps holding you back…..

This is not because you are not trying hard enough, or that you don’t have the right plan.

It’s because your subconscious mind, the part of your mind that controls 96% of the decisions you make and how you see your world…is not on board.

When your subconscious mind is not on board, when it deems what you want as unsafe, it holds you back from it.

Even though consciously, you want what you want, this only accounts for less than 5% of your brain, and will only get you partly there. To get there fully, you have to get your subconscious mind to see what you want as safe. 

Your subconscious mind’s main job is to keep you in the familiar, even if it’s not what you truly desire.

It will keep you from going into, or staying in unfamiliar territory. It will alter your perspective, so you don’t even recognize the right steps and circumstances that may already be lining up for you, or are readily available.

Here’s why:

Just like your phone has an operating system that dictates how your phone will work, you have an operating system as well.

This is your belief system (housed in your subconscious).

Your belief system can also be thought of  as your conditioning, the way you were raised, the way you responded to your environment, coped, made sense of your world, and your place in it. It’s how you equated your worth and your self concept, and still do to this day.

This operating system is how you still move through your life today. It’s how you see yourself and others, in relation to you. It dictates how you treat yourself, how you allow others to treat you, what you believe you can have in life, and what you perceive is out of your reach.

If subconsciously you believe self care is selfish, then that belief will hold you back when you are trying to make changes in your life that require you to put yourself first.

If you subconsciously believe you must receive the approval of others, than you will hold yourself back from listening to yourself. from being your true self.

Whatever you subconsciously believe, is what’s showing up right now, in the way your life is unfolding.

If you want something new or different in your life experience, you must update your operating system. You must rewire your beliefs.

The good news is, your belief system can be changed. Your brain is capable of being rewired, neuroplasticity is a real thing! Your brain is moldable. You actually don’t have to hold on to the beliefs and ways of doing things that no longer serve you.

You can let them go and instead form new beliefs that actually do serve you, which means they match the outcome that you want, the goal you have been working toward, and the version of yourself you long to be.

You do this through learning:

  • new self talk,

  • affirmations,

  • visualizations,

  • embodiment of the feeling of your desired state

  • practice and patience.

You do this through transforming your inner world, so that instead of holding you back, it helps you move forward.

This is where I come in.

  • identify what it is that you want (clarity is key!),

  • illuminate the limiting beliefs that are in your way

  • learn to let these old beliefs go

  • cultivate the new beliefs you want to create and internalize which are held by the version of you who already has what you want,

  • and most importantly, get to what you want with more flow, grace, and ease.

You can have what you want. You can be who who you want to be. You just have to do the inner work first.

How it works:

We will start with an email where you explain your current situation, how you’re feeling, and what you would like to work on and improve in your life.

If we are a good fit, we will begin with a single session and begin our work together, helping you to get to where you want to be, and the version of yourself you are learning to become.

Sessions can continued to be booked individually, or purchased as a bundle for multiple appointments.

All sessions will be held virtually.

Each session is 50 minutes long (we will probably go over, and that’s OK!).

Individual sessions are $88 CAD. Bundles are available, inquire to learn more.
